An afternoon off

Davar takes his grandson home and tells me, when he gets back, I better not be on the boat. Go enjoy my day. It’s a bit overcast but I put my suit on and lay out in the front lounge area of the boat. The sun never comes out and it’s starting to get chilly. I make a pedicure appointment and eat some lunch. And guess what? It starts to rain. Cancel pedi and wait for rain to stop so I can dry the boat.

Rain stops i walk to town to see if the pedicure place can fit me in. They do. On my way there, I noticed the marina park had white cones everywhere with these signs in them

They are having a concert. There is already loud music from the local radio station broadcasting live from a bus. So excited! I get my pedi, go to my usual dinner place and meet one of the crew members from the mega yacht Queen D. We exchange info and he tells me he is going to get his captain and crew to come down. They come down and we have a blast! The captain and I danced a bunch and he text me later thanking me for a fun time! The town is going to try and do this every Thursday. A little normal is returning.
