Shanna and I grew up in Atascadero, California. She married my step brother Jim. They eventually moved their family to Oregon, so I’ve only seen them a handful of times in the past 20+ years. After their children grew up and started their lives, she followed her dream of being a flight attendant.

I woke up this morning thinking we were headed to the Bahamas. Boss changed his mind again. He now wants to stay in this beautiful spot another evening.
