Our last 9 hour drive day! We stopped at St. Pierre hotel in the French quarter. After walking around, I liked my hotel last time better and there were many others that are more updated. But..it was clean and the staff friendly.
We were looking for authentic Cajun. The food was mediocre and the drinks were so strong we couldn’t finish them. So we didn’t waste filling our bellies with that. Paid the tab and looked for something better.
Stumbled across Pere antone. met a local Californian and his wife a local New Orleans. They said the food was good so we can in. It was yummy
Finished the night at cafe dumond, listening to a good musician.
Off to our 2 night stay in Destin Fl!
