I think I’m more excited for my girls to see my world, than I am to take them to the Bahamas. To see them walk down my dock, or simply having coffee with me on the sun deck. Ah can’t wait.
It’s been so windy, it’s hard to keep the boat clean and shiny. Plus our last teak Debacle needs fixing. Boss admits, he was in a hurry and knows I’m fixing a mistake. When people comment about its orange color he says “all my fault”. But as I use a product to get back down to the natural color, I’m not sure it’s “all” his fault. I may not have shaken the can of stain enough each time I used it, leaving mostly color at the bottom of the can. So we kinda painted it. Oh well, live and learn. I want most of my hard work done by the time the girls get here so I can do minimal maintenance in the morning while they sleep. Then have the day to spend with them. A few days after they leave, my friend Karlie is coming with her daughter and a friend. We definitely will check out Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. Beautiful beach, restaurants, shops and bars.
