I was SOOOO happy to see my Jeep, until I saw my Jeep. I wasn’t even thinking about the salt air here. Rust everywhere. The 2 year old soft top had over 6 months of puddled water and stretched and puddled more water to the point it is so stretched it’s worthless. I put 5 damp rid buckets inside, just in case moisture crept in. All buckets were full and I have mildew growing
Boss hooked the battery up to the charger for me when he got home last night. Battery was deader than dead and wouldn’t hold a charge. Uber’d to get a new battery. Got it started, ran great…won’t go into gear. I’m so sad, my poor Jeep. Getting it towed Monday, hopefully it’s fixable and not gonna cost me more than it’s worth.
